As a Doula we learn so many techniques that can or should be used in labor, and using intuition I apply when and how it makes sense.

But many times the best thing I can do is look, be proud.. It is very important to know when to act, as well as when to wait and observe. Both things are important, and I love them both.

Sometimes a simple look from those who believe in you, reinforces that strength that is inside yourself.
